The new Hall took centre stage for an entire week. Design, scale and functionality immediately set the tone. By seamlessly integrating trusses, lighting and audio into the architecture, our technicians preserved the monumental character of the space. Subtly positioned Astera Tubes added extra depth to long production aisles and heightened perspective and scale. Technology that supports, not dominates.

Guided tours with a story

Guests got to discover the campus via extended guided tours throughout the facilities. Setting the scene? This was achieved thanks to smart camera positions and screens, with maximum focus on safety and storytelling. The striking meeting point – the iconic tower building – was also assigned a prominent role. Illuminated as a visual landmark, harmonising perfectly with their identity and visible far beyond the site.

Live experience, technically spot on

The industrial setting formed the backdrop for a week of live acts and performances. From Jef Neve to silk acts and spectacular wall acrobats: everything given technical support, with attention to sight lines, acoustics and unity. The absolute highlight? The staff party on Saturday. A fusion of light, sound and show created a vibrant total experience, with Regi pumping out the tunes.

By throwing open the campus for a whole week and enabling every detail to speak, they immersed customers, staff and suppliers in a story of ambition and innovation. Connecting, building and looking ahead. With visuals and sound that eliminated any sense of friction, created ambience, and truly topped off the experience for those attending, this opening event will linger in the memory for a long time to come.
