As Head of Warehouse & Logistics you are responsible for the daily operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. You ensure that our valuable audiovisual materials - such as lighting, speakers, LED screens, trussing and stages - are handled with care and are on location on time.
Head of Warehouse & Logistics
Your role:
- Preparing and transporting AV material: You prepare everything in our warehouse and load the materials into the van or truck.
- Warehouse management and optimization: You organize the warehouse and constantly look for ways to work more efficiently. You ensure that packaging and materials remain in top condition.
- Maintain and check materials: After each project you receive the material back, check it for damage, make repairs if necessary, and prepare everything for the next event.
- Managing logistics team: You work together with colleagues and coach your team to ensure that every project runs smoothly.
- Flexible deployment: In addition to the permanent work, you sometimes also help with the collection of extra hired material and deliveries during busy periods.
Your profile:
- Hands-on team player: You are practical and enjoy working together.
- Leadership skills: You can manage and motivate your team of logistics employees.
- Technical and accurate: You have an eye for detail, work meticulously and are interested in the maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
- Independence: You can work independently and take responsibility where necessary.
- Driving license C: This is a plus for transporting materials to event locations
- Flexible and eager to learn: You are willing to travel extra kilometers if necessary and enjoy getting to know our ERP system.
