To deliver on that premium promise, we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager who wants to make a difference together with our Believers.

What you do

You are the dedicated contact for clients. From the very first idea to the final feedback. That makes you an important ambassador for John&Jane makes Sense—not just by what you say, but especially by what you do.
You maintain and strengthen our client portfolio and professional network.
You handle project communication from A to Z.
You calculate project costs, turn them into quotes, and follow up meticulously.
You align continuously with the production manager and the technical operations manager.
You report directly to the lead account manager.

Who you are

A true Believer takes initiative, communicates clearly, and gets energy from teamwork. Meeting deadlines is second nature, always with respect for materials and colleagues. Neat, structured, and hands-on—that’s who you are.
Bachelor’s degree in event or project management, or at RITCS, with preferably 3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of sound and light installations is a plus, as well as a basic grasp of Vectorworks.
Driver’s license B or C.
Structured, orderly, and careful with materials.
Independent, but with a healthy dose of team spirit.
Flexible and clear in communication.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
