To deliver on that premium promise, we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager who wants to make a difference together with our Believers.

What you do

You are the main point of contact for clients — from the first idea to the final feedback. That makes you an important ambassador for John&Jane makes Sense, not only through what you say, but especially through what you do.

You conduct sales meetings, prepare quotations, and ensure all information is neatly entered into the CRM.
You thoroughly prepare client meetings and site visits, especially for larger or more technical projects.
You follow up on quotations and negotiations until the deal is closed — and remain involved during execution.
Together with the Production Managers, you safeguard planning, timing, and quality.
You work closely with the Production Manager, Asset Manager, Planner, and your fellow Account Managers.

You report directly to the Lead Account Manager.

Who you are

A true Believer takes initiative, communicates clearly, and gets energy from teamwork. Meeting deadlines is second nature, always with respect for materials and colleagues. Neat, structured, and hands-on—that’s who you are.

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in event or project management, or a diploma from RITCS.
At least 5 years of experience in the industry, including proven experience in Account Management.
You have knowledge of sound and lighting installations; a basic understanding of Vectorworks is a plus.
Driver’s license B or C.
Structured, orderly, and careful with materials.
Independent, but with a healthy dose of team spirit.
Flexible and clear in communication.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
